Los Rodriguez farm is located in the Los Yungas region, close to Samaipata, in the Santa Cruz Department. While Los Yungas is Bolivia’s coffee region, Samaipata is mostly known for its wine production. For this coffee, ripe cherries were dried in African beds for about a week, then further dried in coco-driers at 40 Celsius or less for 35 hours approximately. Such processing delivers a very clean and sweet cup of coffee.
