Los Rodriguez farm is located in the Los Yungas region, close to Samaipata, in the Santa Cruz Department. While Los Yungas is Bolivia’s coffee region, Samaipata is mostly known for its wine production. Pedro Pablo Rodriguez is the producer behind this coffee, whose company Agricafé both grows and processes the coffee beans. Agricafé also works with local producers, aiming to build long term relationships based on mutual trust and benefit.
This geisha is fermented in special stainless-steel tanks that control temperature, time, and PH.
