A second-generation coffee grower born in Acevedo, Luis Anibal Calderón started running the 20-hectare Villa Betulia farm in his 40s. He was one of the first farmers in Huila to produce high-end microlots, mastering various processing methods. In his farm special varieties grow: Geisha, Tabi, Java, Sidra, Papayo, among others. This coffee is anaerobically processed for 72 hours and then dried in raised beds at 35 Celsius or lower until the ideal humidity is reached.
